Infographics…Mostly Graphics

Did you know, 90% of the information transmitted to the brain is visual? It’s no surprise then, that when displaying content to your audience a visual aspect should be incorporated and not overlooked. When a photo or a video needs to be published, YouTube and Instagram, or Flickr should be employed. But if you have information, and text heavy information for that matter, an Infographic should be developed to capture those important points in a visually appealing and memorable way for your audience. Here are some visual facts on the success of Infographics:

Infographics are a great way of organizing and displaying text based information. It is aesthetically pleasing and an easy engagement tool for your event or company. Keeping the scope of the inforgraphic focused, story-based, and short are essentials. Creating an inforgraphic for my event may or may not be a necessity. Developing a social media presence will allow me to have some facts and feedback to incorporate into one eventually. Next week I will implore how to create a simple and creative infographic.
